The TCGplayer FAQ documents Market Price, condition and printing selections, and CSV or text exports. Importing scanned lists into seller inventory is limited to Level 4 sellers; installing the app does not grant everyone that selling workflow.

A ten-card test before importing your binder

Use the same small sample in each app you are considering. This is a test you can perform, not a claim that we have already measured the apps.

1. Choose a mixed sample. Include a regular card, a foil, two copies of the same Pokemon from different sets, a promo and a duplicate you own twice.
2. Check the identity. Compare the name, set, collector number, language and finish with the physical card. Correct a wrong match before saving.
3. Record ownership. Add the duplicate, then remove one copy. Check that the quantity and set-completion count behave the way you expect.
4. Find a missing card. Try to distinguish cards you own from cards you still need. Decide whether you organize by set, binder, Pokemon or purchase.
5. Inspect the price context. Check currency, update date and the variant being priced. Do not substitute a graded price for a raw card.
6. Try an export. If your plan includes one, open the file and inspect the identifiers and quantities. An export button alone does not prove another app can import that format.
7. Check account recovery. Find the provider's backup and recovery instructions before entering hundreds of records.

Keep your own copy of important records. Avoid deleting an existing collection until you have checked the new one against it.

An app price is not a guaranteed sale price

A catalog total is a reference, not an appraisal of the exact condition of every card in your binder. Match the printing, inspect wear and compare relevant completed sales before making a buying or selling decision. Fees and shipping also change what a seller receives.
